I use myfitnesspal. I fixed a dinner from Allrecipes one night and when I went to enter it into myfitnesspal and it was already in there! If you need an accountability partner let me know because that is what I do.
Hi moms,
I am wanting to find a good website that I can use for my weight loss journey.
I am wanting to put in all of my measurements. I am also wanting to put in my calories and food I ate that day as well as exercise I did that day and how many calories I burned doing it. ( I have a body bug )
I am wanting to track my fitness journey and really need a calorie and fitness tracker to make sure I am doing what I need to do.
Any recommendations would be great.
Thanks

www.sparkpeople.com HANDS DOWN! It's free and you can track your activity, food, water intake and even fruit and vegetable intake. I also like the graphs I get since I'm such a visual learner.
I totally love Myfitnesspal.com -- there is an app and it is easy to use! And FREE! Go check it out! Good luck on your journey! This app will definitely make you more mindful of what you eat/do!

Have you tried Livestrong.com. Not sure if it has a place for measurements though. Its pretty cheap. If I remember correctly, is was $40 a year for the Gold subscription. I know you can check out the basic stuff for free but you will probably looking for whats on the Gold membership. Good luck in your Journey.
I use sparkpeople.com
also agree with sparkpeople.com, totally free and has everything you need. It does take some getting used to be it's fairly self-explanatory and very easy once you get used to it. There are message boards, meal plans, you can track what you've eaten and what you've burned, track your measurements, and blog. I lost 25 lbs using it! Good luck!!!
I use myfitnesspal.com and love it. I also came across a site that was something like, caloriecounts.com - it looked nice, but I didn't bookmark it.
I use loseit.com. You can log food, exercise, fluid intake, input recipes, have friends, etc.... It has graphs that help you see your goal, and you can have it upload to facebook or twitter. Hope you find one that will work for you!
You could try www.fitday.com
caloriecount.com
Tracks activity and calorie intake, tells you whether you are too high or too low in calories, fats, sodium, everything, for the day.
My fitness pal is my favorite!. I've tried several and this is the most user friendly. Best of luck on your weight loss journey.
