I'm trying to loose the prego fat. My milk never came in. My baby is 11weeks old and I've only lost 5lbs. What workout video worked for you. I walk twice a day and just started a diet.
Thanks

The Post-Natal Boot Camp DVDs from Moms Into Fitness. They're designed for post-pregnancy weight loss. The instructor is a mom of three and really "gets" it. I like that the routines aren't super complicated because I'm not very coordinated. Even I can do them and you see results pretty quickly. She really targets just the right areas and you can get it all done in just under 30 minutes.

Id really recommend the thirty day shred, but only that thirty days, then dabble in everything and find your passion. Ive been dabbling and i found i love rollerblading, jogging, balance ball, kettle weights, and yoga.

but everyones different

I recommend 30 day shred as well. Its a great workout and its less than 30 minutes which is easy to fit in your life with a new baby, and if you do it every day you will definitely see results. I have time to go to the gym now but still do the video a couple times a week when I cant make it there.

Turbo Fire! I love them! I never have been much of an exerciser, but wanted to get in shape after my 3rd baby. I lost 5 inches in the first 2 weeks alone. I look better and weigh less than I did in high school. I am 35 and finally happy with my appearance and it is all because of Chalene Johnson and her Turbo Fire DVDs

I love Erin O'Brien's Postnatal Rescue because it had short, manageable workouts to start about 2 weeks postpartum. Be patient with the weight loss and not to agressive with dieting as your body is still recovering and you likely are still not sleeping much. Lack of sleep interferes with weight loss too. Congrats on your new baby! Midwife Mom of 3

I love dancing so any workout video with dancing is what i like and i do pilates or yoga afterwards. My favorite is the zumba and cardio dance blast.

I have heard great things about the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. I am now doing her "6 pack abs in 6 weeks" to get rid of the extra baby belly. Another one that has helped me lose a lot of weight is called "Drop it in 30" by Chris Freytag. It's not as hard core as the Jillian Michaels videos but very effective!

Billy Blanks all the way. I worked my way to 11% body fat and ripped abs doing Billy Blanks and weight lifting. I just alternated each day, Billy one day and weights the next. I also ate perfectly, gotta do both, no cheating.

Good luck!
