Hey Ladies, I'm trying to help plan a bachelorette party and was wondering what creative ideas ya'll have used to help the bride make some money. I know the suck for a buck shirts and candy necklaces and things like that but what else? I really want to go all out and have a great time and help the bride make as much as possible!

What can I do next?

Oh man, don't do it. Just... don't. Get a cute little 'bachelorette' sash or tshirt and get free drinks all night. Doing something this tasteless and tacky WILL come back to haunt you all!! Seriously, you think it's fun when you're 20-something (and I'M 20-SOMETHING!) but omggg... don't do it! Get the ladies together, get dressed up in something classy with killer heels, and do dancing or something. NOTHING good has ever come from stuff like that. If you ladies are taking it to that level, imagine what her FIANCE will be doing!! Damn, I'm not an old fuddy-duddy by any means... just trying to help another young lady out ;)

Here last night I was telling Troy we cannot do the dollar dance cause it is tacky to beg for money. :(

Oh, please. No. Just no.

Bachelorette parties aren't supposed to be about making money or selling the bride.

Yuck.

My friends made me wear a candy necklace and they told guys they could pay a dollar to eat a piece of candy. THey did it mainly to embarass me, because they knew it would freak me out a bit, but actually it turned out to be a lot of fun, and it was harmless.
By the end of the night the whole necklace had been chewed, and we used the money to buy a round of beer. I don't think anyone was concerned with actually making money (I know I wasn't ) rather it was more of a hazing type of situation ;) the same way guys put their buddies in the "hot seat" at strip clubs. I wouldn't get too caught up in trying to get cash. Just try to think of something fun for your friend. If you happen to get a round or two of free drinks, consider it a bonus. Have fun!

The last party I was at they bought a whole bunch of dollar store girls underwear and had us all wear them. Then as a group we went around the bars and sold them for $5-$20 each! We ran out of them so we made a pit stop at Walmart and picked up the cheapest ones we could find. We made a lot of money, but it was kind of a bummer because the whole focus of the party was selling junk and not as much celebrating with the bride to be.

When my sister got married we sold leis for a dollar. We bought them at a closeout store for like 33 cents a piece. i also think that if the bride is up for something like this it is fun to do and I personally dont think it has to be or get to be something inappriate. We had a good time and none of us could not go home and tell our spouses what we did that night.
