Anyone ever seen Zoobook magazines and what age are they
geared for? Internet ad looks perfect for my 4 yr old grandson.
Opportunity to get it half price.
Thanks for your efforts.

Yes, great magazine. My boys loved it. I'd say it will be perfect for 4-7 year olds.

I am not sure if "Zoobooks" are the same as "Zoobies."

Oh wait. On my son's Zoobies magazine, it says "From the publishers of Zoobooks." I was going to say that Zoobies is BORING. It says on there that it's for ages 0-2 and I totally agree.

I don't know if Zoobooks are different or perhaps geared toward a different age. But Zoobies PROS: Colorful pictures, small for small hands, more book-like than magazine like (ie: thick paper). Zoobies CONS: very short sentences (ie: "Elephants march..... Pick up little things." Short quick book.

My son prefers his "Wild Animal Baby" books, which have a little more to them - a poem in each magazine, a cartoon story, a real photos of animals story....

My kids got Zookbooks issuees as gifts when they had just turned 5. They loved them. We also used to have National Geographic Kids. They could not read everything but we would sit down and talk about the different things and every issue had cards about animals that they liked to collect.
Half price for Zoobooks--go for it.
