I don't know how far away those places are from Mckinney, but I take my son to Dr. Chartrand. We don't vaccinate at all and he is on board with that. He also offers guidance on alternative schedules.
I am trying to find a pediatrician in the Fort Worth or Weatherford area that is accepting of alternate vaccination schedules. Does anyone know of any?

I don't know if he is good, I don't live in TX...but he's on a list of "vaccine friendly" docs! : )
I just did this today with my pediatrician who I don't believe has ever done it before. I just presented him a copy of what I wanted and after some hemming and hawing, he worked with me. I don't think he really bought in to my concerns, but honestly, I don't care. I got what I wanted and he eventually supported it. He wanted me to get the Hep B sooner (I did not get it at birth)... I assured him that my boy won't be having sex for the next 2 years (or in daycare, etc. etc.)... so I feel pretty good about holding off on this one! lol Just tell them what you want and why and hopefully, they will respect your wishes. If not, then look for another pediatrician.
Any will, they can not force you to get what you don't want. Even at the military hospital on post/base. I got all my sons done on base, and never more than 2 at a time or one multi shot like the MMR.
try Dr. Stephanie Perdue. She is on the side of town around Hulenish Benbrook on Winscott.
We used to drive there from Weatherford. She is incredibly awesome in other ways too! I hated to leave her practice but had to due to my health issues
