I LOVE Dr. Mark Jones at Fort Worth Pediatrics. We have used him since our 5 year old was an infant. He is down to earth, has small children himself, and my boys love seeing him. Just an example, when our son was small, we were curious if a heart disorder my husband had was hereditary. So, we asked Dr. Mark. He told us that he hadn't heard of any hereditary link, so he didn't think we needed to do any testing. I got a personal call from him that afternoon. He said he'd gone ahead and called a pediatric cardiologist and that his colleague had recommended to go ahead and have the testing. He has no pretense. He is there to help his patients!

My 9 yr old sees dr Steinmann in ____@____.com take s 30 min from Weatherford but he is worth it. If your Dr in Fort Worth doesnt work out, give him a try. He is very personable.

Julee Morrow, office near Harris Southwest Hospital, in a group named Fort Worth Pediatrics. She is GREAT!! My kids are big now (13 and 15) and she is great with them as well as with little ones. ###-###-#### is her number. I highly recommend her!

I totally adore my pedi, Dr. Jeff Rodgers at 5200 Riverfront Drive, Suite 103 in Fort Worth. Its off of university (take a right past Panera Bread). Anyway, the reason I like him is because he is very straight forward and he doesnt get all worked up about colds and such. He has very simple philosophies on raising children which is basically "do what makes sense". But he is also compassionate and is great with my son. He is affiliated with Cook's Childrens so there are also after hours clinics. Its a bit of family business with a sprinkling of other doctors (like Brad Mercer mentioned below), his wife Audrey and dad Tom practice there also. The nurses are wonderful and helped me through a very hard time when I was trying to nurse (unsuccessfully) and made me feel okay with giving carter a bottle.

Ditto to the other responses regarding Dr. Jeff Rogers. He is wonderful. Very practical, straightforward, and his office is also open on weekends for after hours, emergency care. I had some concerns with my son on a Sunday morning, non-emergency, but bothersome, so they saw him, got him the medicine he needed and he was feeling better within 24 hours. I have moved to North Fort Worth, and his office is 30 minutes away from me, but we still make the drive because it is worth it!

Hey A. I have been using the peditrician group for 10 yrs now. Julie Crawford and Dr. Freedman are the best in that group of 6. I love it because you child will always been seen that day regradless. They have evening and weekend Sick Clinics. The lab and Xray is ON SITE... here is the number ###-###-####. They have taken care of all 4 of my children and have a reputation that eventually takes care of your childrens chidren! Its a 30 mile drive for me being that I live in Haslet.
