So, I have heard your first child is an angel, your second is crazy, which is true for my kids. But what about the third? Im expecting my 3rd child and curious what to expect.

What can I do next?

My first was an angel as a baby and drove me nuts as a preteen. My second was a miserable baby and is now the sweetest 10 year old I know. My third is 3yo and so far is in the middle. He has days where he drives me nuts and other times he is sweet as can be. So I guess in my experience the third is somewhere in the middle of an angel and crazy.

Well, I only have 2 and will only have 2, but I can already blow that theory! My oldest is a handful and has been really difficult over the last 2.5 years. He's a wonderful kid -don't get me wrong -but I'm glad I was pregnant with my 2nd when he went "crazy" or I never would have had any more. My 2nd is the SWEETEST baby and child you could ever hope for. I used to tell people I could feel his sweetness in my womb. I know that sounds nuts, but it's true. He's so laid back! According to your saying, mine are exactly reversed.

My third has been my easiest and the most fun! He is SUCH a delight. I'm not going to lie, it's chaotic at times when all three are going crazy, but I'm much more relaxed as a whole! Good luck and have fun! Oh, and like I'm sure you've heard before, 'try" to get some sleep while you can!

I agree with the other moms, my little guy is so fun! He's almost one and although my other two were good babies and had good personalities, he's so funny already and has the best personality!

I have 3 boys (5, 2.5, 3 months). Our 5 year old is the crazy one! He is smart and polite, but can be bossy and needy. Our second is so sweet and has a happy-go-lucky personality. Our third is still a baby, but so easy. He's been sleeping through the night since 4 weeks. He never fusses unless he's hungry.

My sister's kids are different. Her oldest is a girl (7). She is sweet, perfect, mature for her age, smart, and a little OCD. Her second is a boy (3). He is all boy--wild, crazy, but sweet. Her third is also a boy (11 months). He is the most needy! He has yet to sleep through the night and he's always fussy!

Best of luck! I'm sure they'll all be unique and wonderful in their own way!

You are funny- I was wondering this myself :) However, my first (DD) is CRAZY but so sweet, my second (DS) is just the sweetest little bub ever and so so so polite (turning 2 this friday) and is such an angel, and I am expecting #3 in May.

My mother in law had 5 kids -- her first was crazy and into everything (troublemaker boy), her second was an angel (daughter perfectionist), her third had colic BAD as a baby and is quiet and more softspoken than the other 2 girls, her fourth was demanding and had to be the center of attention (also a girl), and her fifth (my husband) was a pure angel as a baby and an adult -- the best person I have ever met. So I am hoping this little pattern does NOT run in the blood ;)

best wishes!

My first is the crazy one my second is the more serious better behaved one. So that kind of blows your theory out of the water.

I only have one child, but beg to differ about the angel title. LOL. My daughter is very sweet, and good natured, but she is crazy, loud and feisty as well. I am praying that my second child will be calmer...haha

We have two sets of 3s. First set are boys, then four years later, we had 3 sets of girls. Our children follow this pattern. The third child of each set are fun-loving little commedians. We joke that they're just happy to be here. :) They bring a great amount of joy and laughter to our home. Of course, all of them do, but these two especially. Congratulations and enjoy!!

Our oldest is an 8.5yr old boy, and he's your typical first child. Likes rules, is well behaved and well spoken, smart, easy going. He gets riled up but he's easily calmed and is a good child

Our middle child is a 5yr old boy. He's a comedic little guy, always laughing, he's sarcastic and tells jokes. He's quick on his feet and with his mind (and mouth... lol!) He's Mr Personality.

Our youngest is a 3yr old girl. We've been home with her from Ukraine for 2wks now. She's taken on her roll of 'baby' quite well. :) She's dramatic and into everything. We are getting to know her personality more and more, but being the youngest in the family suits her just fine. :)

I can't imagine life without my little guy!! He is a blal of energy and fun! My first was so easy until she started school and now she has a mouth, but she's still an angel. My second did his 2's like no other, but he is the sweetest thing in the world!! And my 3rd is still a baby. Well, he's 3.5, but he's still my baby. But he has grown up watching the other two and has already taken on so much. But like I said, the only way to descrive him is a ball of energy. I think my favorite thing to see him do is protect his babies. He has two baby girl cousins, one 17 months and one 14 months, and is with a 17 month old at day care all day. If anyone so much as raises their voice to the "baby", my son gently slides himself between the baby and the "bully" and procedes to tell the "bully" how he will and will not act around his babies. He can be across the room and hear this and just come over and take care of it. He isn't nasty, just very protective of them. It really is amazing to see a 3 year old do this. I just say a prayer for these girls boyfriends when they get older!! haha!! Congrats and enjoy!!
