Lactation Advice for a Friend!
I have a friend that is breastfeeding, and I remember after I stopped breastfeeding my youngest that someone told me there was an herb that you could take to help you produce more milk ~ does anyone know what that herb is? My friend fears that she is not producing enough milk to feed her daughter ~ and I would like to know for after my twins are born! Thank you so much! Have a beautiful day!!!!
