Diaper Changing Question from a Newbie

I have never changed a diaper in my life and I am weeks away from our first baby. I have a couple questions. Can I use baby wipes from the start? I read online that you should use a warm washcloth for the first couple months because of sensitvity etc. That sounds crazy. Can't I just use sensitive skin wipes? Second, do I use baby powder and/or desitine type cream with every change? How do I know when to just change it vs. using a cream or powder? Any helpful tips would be great! Frequent Bowel Movements

I have an 8 month old baby girl who has had frequent, non-diarrhea bowel movements for a little over a week. She is breast fed and started solids approx 2 months ago. It seems completely unrelated to the start of a new food, I have not changed my diet either. She is having 5-6 a day. I talked to pedi about it and she isn't concerned unless watery. She is getting intermittently red now despite diligent diaper changes with Aquaphor. Any suggestions or feedback? Thanks!

Diaper Bag Recommendations

I currently have a 9*10*6 diaper bag that is TOO SMALL. I have gone through two larger, hospital diaper bags in under 2 years. I am looking for a larger, quality bag that will last a 3-4 years. Please only recommend a bag you used daily or almost daily for years and mention any issues you had with it. I'm also open to warnings against a bag you had issues with. Thanks!!

Diaper Rash! What Do You Do When Desitin Doesn't Work?

Do you have any remedy recommendations for a nasty diaper rash? The skin is broken in the size of a quarter on one little butt cheek, pink everywhere else. My 20 month old will not sit down, and constantly complains. He has just cut 4 teeth, and is not so pleasant, but oh, so very cute, and wonderful. He is a doll most of the time!

Wipes or No Wipes at Home?

Every time we (my hubby and me) use wipes he gets diaper rash. (yes, we even use the sensitive kind.) We were using the baby's changing table and using wipes all the time at home. But now i have switched to just using a damp washcloth or nothing at all if is just pee..... And i have set up a little towel on the counter in the bathroom. My hubby wants me to use his table again.
