8-Month-old Breastfeeding at Night
My son is 8 1/2 months old and a big boy. At 6 months (last weight check), he was over 20 pounds. He is breastfed and on solid food. He has never been a very good sleeper. When he wakes in his crib at night, he is usually screaming and extremely upset. I could never just ignore his crying, so we usually end up picking him up and sometimes sleeping with him on a chair in his room. Then when he's sound asleep, we put him back in the crib. I nurse him usually 2 or 3 times per night. By "night," I mean his night, from about 8 p.m. to 7 a.m....
