I've purchased clothing for myself that seemed to be of good quality but found the sizing to be very inconsistent. I've had to give most of the clothing away. Other than clothing, love the stuff I've gotten.

I found sizing to be inconsistent also, and there is no recourse. Also, shipping takes ForEver!!! It's not worth it to me anymore to buy from them.

I use them. I use Gilt and Hautelook more. They sell a variety of designers. The sizing is brand specific as is the quality of the brands. Most of the designers provide a size chart that you can use on the site. Many of the brands they handle are excellent. I have only purchased brands I was already familiar with.

I have stopped ordering from Zulily! I purchased two swimsuits and a pair of Crocs for my daughter after ordering several times before. The swimsuits were so high cut it went up her butt. One of them also had unraveling thread! The Crocs I purchased, for $9.99, sizing was totally off!! I ordered the same style but bigger size than the Crocs she already had. Unfortunately, they were much smaller than the ones she already had even tho they were a bigger size?? After reading multiple negative reviews online, I believe they sell defective items! Will never order from them again!

I really like ordering from Zulily, but so far, I've bought mostly books and toys for my sons. I've also bought women's clothing, shoes, and accessories like scarves. I've been pretty happy with the purchases but they don't allow returns. Once, they sent me the wrong children's book. Customer service was wonderful. They were out of stock of that item, but they gave me my money back for that book (about $11), let me keep the wrong item, and credited my account for $10. I have yet to buy children's clothing from their site. They have lots of cute stuff, esp. for little girls, but I find some great deals when I go shopping in person.
