Yogi was a beating for adults. The kids liked it ok and they did laugh. But they LOVED Tangled (as did I!) and we bought it as soon as it came out.
The Dollar Theater in our area has both playing and I'm wondering, which would be more fun for a 4 year old boy? Thanks! They both look like fun :)
LOVED tangled. Very sweet. Only missed a few minutes here and there cause of 3 potty breaks (sigh).
SPOILER ALERT!
Did anyone else tear up at the lantern scene at the castle?

Haven't seen Yogi but we loved, loved, loved Tangled so much we bought it I watch my grandson tomorrow and I wanted him to be able to watch it.
Tangled... Yogi was okay but my 4 year old enjoyed Tangled much more~
you will love tangled. so cute! my son liked it too.
Tangled is so cute.
havent seen yogi, but we just rented tangled two nights ago and love it
Tangled. There are lots of boy characters in this movie and it's great for boys and girls-I promise! Have fun...
I never sawy Yogi Bear but from those I have talked w/it didn't get the greatest reviews.
Yogi sucked. My kid (5yr old girl) and my friend's kid (6 1/2 yr old boy) were both bored. They both liked Tangled though. And so did I!!
haven't seen Yogi - but have seen Tangled! LOVED IT!!!
My 5 year old son LOVED Yogi. we really enjoyed it also.
My four year old son has seen Yogi twice at the theatre and I recorded "Tangled" earlier this week and have watched it at least six times. Either way it's a good time!
For a boy in general, I would say Yogi but Tangled does have enough "action" and comedy that it would be fun for a boy as well.
Tangled.
We've seen both. My son is 3, my daughter is 5. Yogi was a bit over their heads. They liked the parts with the bears, especially when those became action scenes, but the rest they just didn't get. However, they could follow Tangled's plot, and it had a lot of action scenes, humor, & singing.
Enjoy!!
If I had to sit through something, I would rather sit through Tangled. We took our 3 year old DD along with my friend and her 4 year old twin sons and they all really enjoyed it, as did I. My hubby took DD last weekend to see Yogi for free (it was only a dollar for him) while I was working and I'm glad I didn't have to go - I was not interested at all and it would have been 2 hours of my life I would not have gotten back!
I haven't seen either yet, but with my son at that age, I noticed that he would be more likely to sit through a cartoon rather than a live-action movie (even a silly one with computer graphics) so my vote would be for Tangled. Have fun!
Tangled.
I think? Just watched this last night with my family...it even held the attention of my 'Oh so wiggly' and not easily impressed 5 yr old son!
