Would You Join a Dvd Exercise Exchange Among Moms

Hi there, I am thinking about creating an exchange of workout dvds we have laying around with other moms and before I test this out in my area I want some momma feedback. Would you be interested in doing a swap of exercise dvds once a week. I think this would help me and a lot of women lose weight while also change up the routine every week to help us stay motivated. What do you think? It would also help cut the cost of buying dvds after dvds.

What can I do next?

thats also very environmentally friendly!!, i would join, but i have 8 dvds, i do one a day(one day 2 of them), then when i am bored of one i give it to my "struggling with weight" friends.

However if someone wants to p.m. me and tell me of their favorite workout dvd id be happy to add it to my netflix. Right now i do all of jillian micheals stuff (besides the 30 day shred which i did for two months) I do shred it with weights, 6 week 6 pack, burn fat boost metabolism, trouble zones, and yoga burn....i also have jeannette jenkins 'blast the belly fat', pilates with ana caban and 10 minute solutions pilates.

Jillian is my favorite- right now i am really digging the 6 week 6 pack, and shred it with weights (which uses kettle balls which are just fun!)

longggggggggggg, i know sorry, let me know what yall think is your favorite,

I would definitely do it, because it would also motivate me to do it at least twice a week in case someone asked me how it went.

What a great idea! I might steal it for my mom circle :)

Even though I go to the gym, I love the idea where people can cut costs wherever possible!

I personally have my own cache but I do have my favorites.

There are also those that require too much coordination for me to pull off.

Before I buy a new one I try to preview it from my local library to see how good of a fit it is with my ability. If the library does not own it than I will preview the clips on collagevideo.com to see what all the video entails.

If I am at a book sale or yard sale and see exercise DVD's (or videos) cheap I throw caution to the wind and buy them without previewing them. (That's partially the reason for my arsenal.)

So to answer your question, I think I would be more interested in letting go of the ones that did not mesh with me. I don't think I would ever let my favorites out of site. I think I would prefer a 'wish list' format so if someone has the Self ABS workout that is out of print per se, I could get it from them. Of course if I did not have something they wanted it would defeat the purpose. That's where I just find it easier to buy them off of eBay because they are usually pretty darn cheap there.

Gee I hope I answered your question even if it was in a round about way :-)
