Are there any kind of Working Moms groups out there?
A few of us out here who work have been talking through email...we're actually meeting up this Saturday at the Fort Worth Zoo and next Saturday at the Dallas Aquarium...if you'd like to join us I'd be glad to fill you in and give you the contact info on everyone else!!
Fantastic! I'm moving to Fort Worth this summer and was dismayed when my initial web search didn't pull up any moms' clubs in the area. I would love to find out about your group as well. I won't be working, but I will be going back to school and new to the area, so I'd love to meet some moms and kids for us to play with on the weekends. Thanks! :)

I also live in the North Ft. Worth area and spent some time searching for a working mom's group. My friend and co-worker actually started a mom's group, but it's in Denton. We usually meet twice a month, once for a girls only event (dinner, movie, pedicure) and once for a family event. Our girls only events are typically Monday evenings around 7 so that us working moms can make it.

If you do find a mom's group closer to our area, could you please let me know. I really like my Denton moms group, but it is open to all moms (we didn't want to exclude) so there are several stay at home moms that have joined. It's a really fun, active group, let me know if you have any questions.
