Have any of you tried the w.incomeathome.c website advertised on some radio stations? If so, did it work for you? If you haven't tried it, do you know or have you heard anything about it?

Thanks in advance for your response.

I haven't heard of that one.
I know there is hiremymom.c and wahm.com I have people on my team that have advertised on both. I believe they both have costs associated to using them, both to advertise and to job search.
If you would like information about how I work from home, so that I can spend time with my girls, and save money doing it PM me.
Either way good luck with your search, be careful and do LOTS of research before paying for anything! Make sure you are actually getting something for the money you are putting up.
If you are working for a company you should never have to pay anything, if you are working with a company, as an independent owner there may be a small fee and this is normal. You can ask whoever you talk to about whatever you decide on about tax forms. If you will be getting a W2, there shouldn't be a charge to start (unless you are buying supplies, ie Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.) and if you are getting an I9, there will most likely be a fee for training, websites, materials, etc.

Hope that helps you alittle bit! Good LUCK!!

I went through their website and was assigned to a "leader" she called me back. The deal was you pay a fee for an instructional manual but it's fully refundable if you end up not working with them (supposedly). The website makes it sound like you are going to setup a website and from there you'll get customers. The person who talked to me on the phone insinuated you are the one that has to get the customers using your existing contacts. After I agreed to preview this instructional manual, she said, to save time, I could just go to a special website and she would give me a password and I could see that video without having to wait for the video via mail. She then pressured me to make an appointment to discuss the video. I said I'd call her when I had already watched it because I wanted to be well prepared and have all my questions ready. This was right before the holidays so I didn't know if I was going to have time to do it right away. She wanted the appt to take place in the next 48 hours. When I wouldn't respond to her pressure (again, this was while I was preparing for the holidays and would have family visiting) she went on a self-important rampage telling me how she gets booked several days in advance. I was fine waiting a couple of weeks. She didn't want to hear that. She told me if I didn't have a follow up appt and was so busy now "I doubt you will have the time that it takes to get this business going" By then I wasn't about to beg them to let me give them a try. I said then don't charge my credit card but she hung up on me. I never received the video or the password to the "special website" and of course, no refund. What drew me to it is they advertise they have good standing with the better business beaureau. Why they have that good standing is beyond me. If you search for them on the BBB and look at their complaint history you will seee apparently they have problems with people all the time. I have asked for my refund but gotten no response.

I looked into them a few years ago and was turned off, because it was too convoluted and couldn't really see a sure-fire guarantee of making a real income from home. Which is how I found many work at home websites. Either they didn't seem legitimate or really not realistic in having a true income potential, at least for me. They make it sound so simple but truth be told, being successful really isn't so easy. I agree with Kim, whatever you decide to do, do lots of research on the company, including assessing what the start up fees would be, if any, what are any other costs, monthly fees, advertising costs, etc. how much time do you really need to invest to see a return.
If you would like, you can pm me and I can give you some more ideas in what to look for. I have looked into quite a few different work from home opportunities before finally finding a legitimate way to work from home. Good luck.
