well thats basically it. my white couch is a disaster and i need a good stain remover, between pop and baby spit up its no longer a beautiful white hue but now plainly grey! help!!
Honest to goodness, I've heard that vodka is a great stain remover. I've tried it on red juices (cranberry) and it worked wonderfully, but mostly on stains that hadn't been treated with something else first.
Good luck finding a solution! If you can't find anything, it might be slip cover time.
Shaving cream works wonders.
I have used this stuff called Grandma's secret spot remover. It has worked on clothes that have grease stained that were in the dryer...even washed and dried multiple times. its pretty thick and a little goes a LONG way. I think you should get your couch wet, put some of the remover on and then work it in. Get it out with some warm water....if you have a shop vac, you can really use alot of water and soak up the excess...if you dont, just alow time to air dry. Hi E. what I will say is too little too late to help but when you have little ones 'never buy white'. Really I wish you good luck as I have been there done that too.
Melaleuca Pre spot or Mela Magic or Sol U Mel Non toxic and works. The price is right too. I tried the baking soda and vinegar and it did not work for me The Sol U Mel will remove order also.

depending on what type of fabric the couch is... a baking soda paste of water & b. soda, rubbed in & let sit for awhile, then spray with vinegar and rub with a damp cloth of water should help. Ive done this on fabric and then steam cleaned with just plain hot water and its come out beautifully! also on pleather, but it can be inconsistent in spots, so id be careful with any kind of pleather/leather.
I get M30 from Dollar General. It is only $1.00 for a small tube of goo. But it works fantastic. It gets out grease, grass, baby spit-up (dried), blood, urine stains (dried), and many household stains off counters,ect. I love this stuff. It is well worth the dollar and I have never ever found anything to get out my boys stains before this. good luck.
