Please give me information about your experience with Whistle Stop Station Private School. I am looking at the location near Murphy (actually Richardson!) on Murphy Rd. There are also locations in Rowlett. Thanks!
my sister in law LOVES this school at the murphy rd location. they have been to other schools in the dallas area, but moved and have been very happy with the child care.
I toured the Murphy location about a year ago when we moved to Sachse. Seemed like a great school, VERY clean, organized, etc. Unfortunately, they didn't have an opening for my then 4 yr old, so I decided on Oakhill Day School on Brand Rd, just before 190. He has been very happy there. FYI, they are also building a Primrose near Texas Roadhouse.
Same here, I am at Children's Lighthouse in Wylie in the interim until we get past the waiting list at this school. I interviewed parents in the parking lot and the feedback was really positive. I was really impressed with how clean it is and the equipment and activities they have for the kids. They get very involved and even mentioned helping coordinate EIC developmental therapy if needed...I have a preemie so that was a big deal to me. Their prices are amazing compared to other daycares in the area as well.
GREAT SCHOOL! My 4 year old daughter has attended Whistle Stop in Rowlett for 3 years now. We have been more than satisfied with her teachers, what she has been learned, etc. It is always very clean. We have never had a complaint about anything. They do great activities and functions outside of school time hours. I highly recommend Whistle Stop to anyone looking to put their child into a public day care environment.
