try goodwill or salvation army or thrift store. sometimes, one can find brand new items at all these places.
My 12 year old daughter wears mainly sport shoes. She does need dress shoes occasionally. Where can I find them? Her feet are growing overnight(!) so we are looking at something nice enought but not too expensive.
Thanks!
Thank you everyone for the suggestions.

DSW or any department store.
We found some good shoes at DSW for my daughter.
Good luck
I always think Payless is great. They have cute shoes at great prices.
Really, the best place is payless. You can always return what does not fit, so buy the shoes that you like and have her try them on at home. You can see what fits good. You have to do this because it is like a feeding frenzy at the store. Shoes sell out quick there.
We found some great shoes at Sears for a good price. Like cute black books for $20. Most places dressy boots are about $60 to $80.
DSW shoe store is a great place to find shoes. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't have infant/toddler shoes. Put for a pre-teen, you can find something. Go to the back of the store to the clearance racks. you will have to hunt but you can find some really cute shoes up to 70% off! Good luck!
The Salvation Army Store in Plano at Spring Creek & Greenville has lots of good quality second hand shoes for less than $10 a pair. We have found good shoes there several times.
