Elliots Hardware Store in Plano has a nice selection of knobs and pulls, and probably hooks too...probably not window treatment though...however it is worth the trip. They are located off the corner of Park and Coit in Plano.

I moved into my new house last year and wanted to add all new drawer knobs, hooks, etc. I went to every specialty and warehouse store in the area and found nothing that I wanted at a good price. Try "The Great Indoors" . It's off of the Tollway and Alpha near the Galleria mall. They have an awesome assortment of hardware.
