I read the posts from the ladies who said they prefer the nordic natural fish oil. Could anyone share where they buy this supplement as well as flax oil or flax seed?
thanks so much!

On the radio I keep hearing that Iceland Health is giving a free bottle of omega three fish oils. They are supposed to have some of the best fish oils in the world. I have friends there and they swear by it.

Hi -
Try Fruitful Yield or the Vitamin Shoppe. You can order online or search for the store closet to you. Barleans makes a good quality flax seed oil.

Vitamin Shoppe, either online or in the store. I go to the one in Vernon Hills on Rte 21 across from CDW. You can get flax seed at most any grocery store, usually in the "natural" or "organic" sections. For convenience sake, get the kind that has already been milled so you don't have to grind it at home. The body can't absorb the seeds unless they have been ground. I do believe fish oil is a better source for omega-3's though since I assume that is what you are going for (although you lose out on the fiber!). Just make sure the kind you get is molecularly-distilled to avoid mercury.

If in store, I prefer Whole Foods or Vitamin Shoppe, or online I prefer authorized retailer like WorldofOmega.com
