Looks like that is pharmaceutical grade.
I have not used this myself or for my child.
I started my 2 year old little girl on an Omega 3/Fish oil vitamin supplement by Nordic Naturals. How do I find out about
the mercury level in it and if its safe?
any one else use this supplement on their toddlers?

My understanding is that Nordic Naturals is made from fish that are considered to be mercury-free. We began giving our son the capsules when our son was 4 for digestive issues and it helped tremendously. It takes about 6 months for the omega 3 capsules to help heal the gut but it does work, in my opinion.
Opening the caspules and emptying the contents into some applesauce with a little bit a cinnamon was the best way for us to give our son the omega 3 capsules. Hope this helps.
Nordic is considered the best! I start my babies at 8 months on the liquid strawberry one
i give my 2yr old smartypants vitamins, specially formulated for kids. they are gummy vitamins have omega 3 and are pediatrician approved. they are amazing!! check out www.wearesmartypants.com
did u consult with her dr before doing this? that just seems like a bit much...why wouldnt you just let her get her vitamins by the food that you feed her???
You can also do flax seed oil.
That is omega 3 too.

Fish Oil Omega-3 oils, are marine based.
Flax seed oil, is plant based.
These are the sources, for Omega-3 oils.
The brand you have is good.
I used to buy nordic naturals but now I just get a liquid cod liver oil (lemon flavored) with a 10:1 ratio of vit. K to vit. D. I've been reading a lot about this recently, here: http://www.westonaprice.org/
I looked at the Nordic label and realized it had almost no D. I konw you take it for the oils, but I think the vitamin ratio is important as well.
Nordic Naturals is a leader in the industry. Don't worry.
