I checked the archives and haven't seen this question come up in a while. Like everyone out there, my husband and I are watching our budget. I thought this forum would provide a great opportunity to share the places that offer discounts or free meals to kids on certain nights. We try to take the kids out at least once a week but always forget to check into places we love that offer deals on kids' meals. I'd love to hear from you on your favorite restaurants that have great kids' meals. Any great ideas?

Jim's restaurants - kids are free on Wednesdays I know for sure. I also think they are free a few other nights of the week. You can also buy discounted movie tickets there after you eat.

When I did a little search of your request mainly what I found were links here and there to just specific restaurants. Then I came across a website, that was just started in April of this year, that actually made available a consolidated list of places with discounts or free meals. It is called KEF (Kids Eat Free) http://usakidseatfree.com/Default.aspx
Off of that link, once you get to the KEF Near You page, there are specific links to areas within Texas. Although I didn't see one just for San Antonio. When I browsed through the Bay Area one, I found that there are some of the same restraunts here in SA.
Also... on the KEF website, they are looking for people to operate their own website in the areas they are in, helping out family's just like yours who are searching for the same thing. You could be the person they are looking for to add San Antonio to their list...wouldn't that be awesome!!!!?

I was just thinking about this yesterday, while we were forced out of the apartment for them to spray for ants!
Most are after 5pm with an adult purchase.

Goomba's Pizzeria Monday-Saturday
Wild Noodles on Thurdays and Sundays
There are many more too, but that is one for every night. We are keeping a list in the car since we never think about it before we get to the car!
