YMCA's are great. If you're not a member I think you have to pay a little extra for the classes. But they are still pretty reasonable.
Does anybody know where I can take my kids for swimming lessons that is priced reasonable?

Our little girl took lessons from Lifetime Fitness, they did a great job. I don't think you have to be a member but it is a little cheaper if you are. Good Luck!
Carrollton Rosemeade Rec. center has a great swimming program. Very reasonably priced.
We just started at Swim Plus in Plano. Instructors were very nice and the program seems solid....would not say 'cheap' but I was shocked at the prices in general. We picked them since they do one on one lessons; not group.
I've taken my son to Plano Parks and Rec and have been very pleased. He did 3 sessions last year (that's all they have for 3-5 year olds.) and we were so impressed with the change in his confidence level and his knowledge of safety issues. He's taking another session this year, same class again, just as a refresher before we hit the beach and get busy with summer activities. It's $53 for 8 30 minute sessions.
Check with your city's parks & rec department. They are usually the cheapest.
