I am looking for a glider & ottoman. babies-R-us no longer sells them in the store. You can see the display ones but must order it and it takes 7-10 days. I was hoping to get something sooner. Target is the same way. I would even buy a gently used one but have no idea where to start looking. Any tips?

Try Burlington Coat Factory. We bought a hard-to-find cherry colored one. Chair and ottoman for just under 200.00. We have used it every night for 2 years, and it has held up beautifully.
Check some of the Once upon a child or Kid to Kid resale shops. Last time I was in Once upon a child they had like 4 or 5 of them in store.
I know!!!! I tried to go and buy one today at BRU, and even the warehouse was out of stock of the one I wanted! I am looking for one of the nicer plush ones that are even harder to find. I plan on checking out JC Penney and some of the furniture store outlets this week. I'll let you know if I see anything. I'm also considering just getting a recliner rather than rocker and ottoman.
We got ours at Wal-Mart for under $100.....also, I was looking online today for nursery furniture-our 2nd is on the way and we just had a girl and bought everything new for her, but Craigslist Dallas has some people trying to sell their gliders...I just go to google and type in Craigs List Dallas, TX and it brings up the page!
