As soon as both my daughters were in a size 3, I switched to Cruisers. I think they are way more absorbant than the Baby Dry.
We use pampers and my daughter is 7 1/2 months old. She's trying crawl and sits all the time. When do we go to cruisers? Oh and she wears a size 3.
I guess I should add that I have to use pampers because my baby gets rashes from all other diapers. We tried Target, Parents choice and Huggies.
I actually got my hands on some trial cruisers. They fit her legs perfectly and seem to fit better than what she's wearing now. I'm going to upgrade :-) thanks for all the great advise!

my son wears cruisers and has for quite a while i love them however just to. let you know when they started making pampers cruiser with the dry max they broke him out so be on the look out. to answer your question if the ones she is wearing now are starting not to fit well or she is out growing them or if your getting messes on clothes she wears then i would switch. If she breaks out due to the dry max technology you can contact pamper and they will send you a coupon for one of there other kind such as the pampers baby dry in the green box which is what I have to use and is just as equivalent as the cruisers. The pampers baby cruisers are me absorbant as one of your responses state however, when you get to potty training they don't allow the child to feel that they are wet or poopy so i feel it makes it harder to start the potty training process.
are you using swaddlers? the yellow packs?/ they make swaddlers in a size 2-3... cuisers start in size 3... pampers also makes baby dry in all sizes from newborn to size 6.. baby dry is in the green pack and they are great diapers.. I think they absorb more than the cruisers I would stick with the baby dry..
go up a size in diapers when they dont fit i the old size anymore.
I tried Cruisers once and found no difference except that they were much more expensive than the regular Pampers! Personally, I would not switch.
I would recommend switching to Pampers baby dry instead of Cruisers, they are much better (I tried both). I also use store-brand ones from Target (up and up) and they are just as good.
Hate the cruisers, they left a horrible rash on my DD. We use the pampers baby dry instead and they work great. Never any problems.
we switched when he went to size 3 because that was all that our Target had.
We just switched to cruisers and my daughter is 7 months old. I love them. I actually like them more then the baby dry. I would say to switch when you want to. If the diaper you are using works then stick with it.
My son rolls and crawls everywhere, and he wears store brand diapers. They don't leak and stay put just fine. We save a lot of money by buying the big packs at the dollar store (they hold as many diapers as aa box of pampers or huggies and cost only $9 compare to the $18.99 that the name brands go for)
We tried them when my son started crawling but didn't think they were any better than Baby Drys. Only more expensive, you get less in a box vs. Baby Dry box. Goodluck.
We went straight to cruisers after swaddlers.
We used the Pampers Baby Dry. I bought a box of the Cruisers but after comparing the two side by side I could not find a difference and the Cruisers were more expensive. The Baby Dry diapers in sizes 3 and up have the flex sides just like the Cruisers.
we used cruisers at size 2(or whatever the smallest size was) they are softer and stretch better
