What "Week" Did You Deliver?

The first was at 41 weeks induced, the next two where c-section at 39 weeks. Also, I might add. My first was 11lbs and 1 oz boy, my second was 10 lbs and 2 oz. boy and my third (the girl) was 9 lbs and 8 oz. I did NOT have gestational diabetes. I only gained 25 lbs with my first (it was all baby) , 35 with my second, and 60 (sniff, sniff) with my daughter.

39 weeks and my son was 7lbs even....
My girlfriend just got admitted into the hospital with preclampsia and contractions.. She's 35 weeks... She freaking because she doesn't want to deliver this early..

33 weeks exactly with a 3 week NICU stay. Not something I would wish on my worst enemy. Keep cooking as long as you can mamas.

My first was at 38 weeks, 6 days. (although, the doc thought he may have been late.
My second was 39 weeks, 4 days.
My third was 39 weeks, 3 days.
My fourth......still waiting, 36 weeks now.

My neighbor just delivered her first baby at 40 weeks, 5 days. lol

34 weeks 6 days. My son was 6lbs 10oz.

I gave birth to my son at 39 weeks, 4 days. I birthed him on March 24th, and his due date was March 27th. I knew the exact date that I conceived, and I had a typical pregnancy with no complications. My son was 7lbs, 15 oz.

40 weeks and 3 days...my choice to be induced. good thing because my little man was 8lb 6oz....good luck

What a fun topic of conversation :) I have one daughter, born at 35 weeks. My water broke at work 4 days after we took our child birth class. She was 5lbs 5oz and in the NICU for almost a week. We brought her home at 5lb even and she's a perfect, petite 3 year old!

i was 40 weeks!!! my daughter came on my due date!!!

I'm the person who skews the statistics:

one at 24 weeks, 1lb 11oz, 3 months in the NICU, She's 15 now, both gifted and learning disabled.
one at 37 weeks, 8 lbs, after I spent 8 weeks in the hospital on bed rest.

The longer you go the better!

38 weeks 1 day with one child and 38 weeks 2 days with the other.

My due date was Nov. 28, and I delivered my daughter on Nov. 28! Just and hour and a half into the day...she's been perfect ever since!

40 weeks 2 days with my first son
39 weeks with my second (induced)

38 weeks with twins... and i loved it so much that four years later I say i could have carried them forever.

1st - 42 and had to be induced
2nd - 41

Both during the 39th week.
1st, 3 days in: 5lbs.12oz.
2nd, 1 day in: 7lbs. 7oz.

well 38 with my second. Baby 1 went breech so I was a scheduled c-section at 39 weeks. Now that doctor I would have enjoyed waking up at 2am.

Week 39. I joked around that I had posted an eviction notice in my uterus. I hope your birth experience is absolutely amazing! Congrats ahead of time!

i was 41 weeks and 1 day with my daughter lol.

my original due date was the 10th of november, my second due date was the 18th of november & i had her the 25th, so 41-42 weeks.

I was induced at 42 weeks with each of my kids. Guess my body just was not into the natural birth thing, either that or my boys just needed extra time to cook! :) They were still both under 8 pounds at 42 weeks.

first 38 weeks
second 39 weeks (but it was a scheduled c-section)
Third.....we will have to see but it will be another c-section so I guess I don't really count.

I went into labor on my due date! But had him via c-section the next day because of complications.

35 weeks and 5 days here.

First was 39 weeks? But still 8 pounds 6 ounces!
Second, due date: October 2nd delivered October 1st. So I guess 40 weeks. And she was 8 pounds 7.7 ounces.

I had both of mine at 39 weeks. My doc said boy's lungs take longer to mature than girls, so I was ok with waiting, in the long run, but was a very miserable pregnant lady being 5'3 carrying a 9 lb baby!

38 weeks with twins!

38 weeks 1 day. Son weighed 9 lbs 1.5 oz

Full 40 (well one day short) for the first, waiting for the second (currently 25 and gong strong)

I was 39 6/7 with my daughter. I thought for sure (as did my OB) that I would have gone to 41 weeks!

First was 36 wks 6 days (5lbs 15 oz)
Second was 38 wks 1 day (6lbs 9 oz)
I was gestational diabetic with both and they were concerned with big babies! Guess someone forgot to tell my girls about that. LOL

Baby #1: right at 37 weeks
Baby #2: 37 weeks, 4 days
Baby #3: 38 weeks

38 weeks 1 day
7lbs. 12 oz.

I can't imagine how big he would have been at 40 or beyond!

41 weeks, 2 days. 9lbs. 8 oz.!! :)

I delivered at 38 weeks to an 8lb 7oz boy. I am only 5'3 lol. If I went to 40 weeks or over he would have been over 9lbs. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with baby number two, hoping this one goes early too. Good luck on your next one. :)

My daughter was born exactly 2 weeks early.

My son was born on his due date! I went into labor on the day and he was born at 11:54 p.m.

Both my kids were delivered right before midnight =-)

#1 - 38 wks (6.13 lbs)
#2 - 39.3 wks (7.4 lbs)
#3 - 39 wks (8.5 lbs)

41 weeks + 4 days (but I think my due date was a little off...I had longer cycles back then).

My first 2 were 6 days late , and 3rd was 6 wks early (we like the 6 thing)!! , BUT she was only delivered because of health issues for me , I have no doubt in my mind that she would have been over due aswell.

2 days overdue with my first, 39 weeks with my second because of 2nd c section and now 36 weeks with no signs of anything happening till my 3rd section......
Weeks are dragging along......I thought with the 3rd one they would fly by.:)

I went into my 37 week appt with my first, and during my first ever pelvic exam of the pregnancy, my doctors eyes got huge, and he took a step back! I said "what?", He said "Well get in your car and go now! You're 7 centimeters." I hadn't felt a thing yet. This ended in a c-section at 37 weeks. Number 2 was a scheduled c section at 38 weeks.

42 weeks for the first
41 and 1 day for the second
39 weeks and 5 days for the third

I delivered at 36, she was 6 lbs, 5 oz. I drove a total of 350+ miles, through a snow storm, for 8 hours the night before. Everyone was sure thats what did it, I honestly think it was just my time. =)

41 weeks with my first, and this time will be between 37 and 38 due to blood pressure problems this time around. Thats if I don't go earlier on my own.

39 weeks with my first and 37.5 with my second

40 weeks and 2 days. I was induced 2 days after my due date. My little stubborn son didn't want to come out. He was only 8 lbs.

34 weeks (5 lb 13 oz)
36 weeks (8 lbs 7 oz)
37 weeks (8 lbs 11 oz)

I'm 5' 2 and can't/don't even want to imagine what they would've weighed had I gone full term!!!!

37 weeks on the dot for both of my boys (I had blood pressure issues). My first son was 7 lb 11 oz, my other son was 7 lb 15 oz. I don't know if I could have made it to 40 weeks...I was miserable. :)

First baby was 40 weeks exactly. I know the day I got preggers and he came 40 weeks later on the dot on his due date! 8lbs

I was 1 week early with my daughter.
2 weeks early with my son.
Both born fully developed and at over 8 pounds each and 21" long.
Fully fine and healthy babies.

41 (8.7), almost 42 (9.6), and 41 (8.4).

stats say that the average is 41 weeks 3 days, I believe. You aren't actually overdue till you get to 42 weeks, and I've met women who went to 43 or 44!

Mine were born at 32, 34, 36, 37, 40 weeks. In that order. even at 37 weeks she was too early, so I am a firm believer in getting to the 40 week mark if possible.

I was 6 days overdue with my first (which felt like a lifetime lol), and 1 day overdue with my second (not quite so bad)
