I have bought the doll and have no clothes for her and no diapers

Most newborns are 18 inches so I would say try preemie?

That would be a tiny preemie if I'm not mistaken - I don't think they make clothing that size (I've never seen it)

That's so tiny - maybe super preemie. You're better off making doll clothes though, I think. Unless the manufacturer has a line of clothing for that particular doll or you see something the same size in a toy store and they also have a line of clothing.

I'm not sure there is a specific size for baby doll clothes.
Etsy might be a good place to look for some outfits.

Take the doll to store and compare doll to the clothes. You can find "disposible" diapers for dolls in toy department. Or you can easily make them. Cut a square of fabric and choose how to fold it.

You might find doll clothes on Internet. If you know brand start there.

I suggest editing your post to say baby doll. 13" BABY is misleading.
