Call your doctor. I suggest, that not even your doctor, can know why you have pain until he does an exam.

Get it checked out. Sometimes women who've had C sections develop incisional hernias - not saying you have that but it can happen with heavy lifting, too much pressure, etc. Remember, it's a weakened area - so strain can affect it. Good luck :)

take some aspirin (or equivalent) and make an appointment with your doctor. it doesn't sound like a rush-to-the-ER thing and may resolve on its own, but can't hurt to have it checked it out.
i pulled an ab muscle doing the gold's gym boot camp several years ago. hurt SO badly. went away in a couple of days.

You should call your doctor, stop doing any heavy lifting, and let your doctor take a look at the incision and palpate the area. If you have pain, use ice and rest, not heat. Don't go to the ER if there's no discharge or blood, or if the pain stops when you stop exerting yourself. And your doctor has a 24 hour contact line, right? Did you make the call?

Call your doctor, could be a hernia at the point of incision. Another one of the many side effects suffered by women who have already suffered C-sections. Yes, I have been there.
