I'm thinking that what they are after is the children's daily schedule. What time do they eat meals and snacks. What foods they will/will not or can/cannot (allergies?) eat. What their sleep/nap schedules are. What their bedtime routines consist of (story/bath/drink of water/prayers/special stuffed animal, etc).
The things he needs to know and do to help your children thrive and know what to expect in both environments. The more things are the same the better they will do.
Double check with the guardian ad-litem to confirm EXACTLY what they are asking you to list. The financial aspects (support, medical/dental insurance and expenses) will be covered by the judge. Maybe they want to know what sort of sleeping arrangements... a crib for the 1 yr old? A twin bed for the 3 year old? Clothing that they need to have at his house? But I'm betting it's the daily schedule... food, how much, what kind, etc.
