What Are the Best Pair of Jeans You've Ever Worn??

I'm in need of a pair of jeans. I'm petite (5' 4") and I have a pair of Lee's (that have the stretchy material and hidden elastic waist and they feel like they are sagging in the back when I wear them. I'm constantly pulling them up.

I really don't care for the jeans that give u plumber butt when u bend down. Any suggestions on a great brand that has some stretch to it (I guess they do stretch out once u wear them enough) and are not to low below the waist?

Thanks for your help :)

I am 5'1 and curvy, ok, very curvy, lol.
I just got the Perfectly Slimming 512 from Levis and I love it because it goes high in the waist but it hugs my curves and it doesn't let my 'love handles" come out, it also has this tummy panel that is just tight enough.
other one I love is the Sweetheart from Old Navy, is very comfy but it makes my butt look nice.

The best pair of jeans I've ever worn are Parasuco... which won't help you, because I need a 36" inseam. ;)

For the best jeans for nearly every body type... you're looking for 7 for All Mankind, commonly called 7's or 7 jeans.

You can also spend about $5 and have any pair of jeans altered by a seamstress so that the waist nips in and doesn't show off your bum/ underwear when you bend over.

i have tried all sorts of jeans, i am 5'4 about 105lbs. a few years ago i tried a pair of abercrombie (store which i normally do not shop at) and loved their emma bootcut jeans. perfect. little stretch, no behind showing, and nice dark wash. they run about 88 dollars, but i always try to buy them on sale for 40.

I can only wear Levis!I am the same height as you, and I have really long legs. They are the only jeans I can find in long for my size. They do have stretch depending on which type of Levis you buy. I really like the fit.

my current denim splurges are joes jeans, available from hot mama (they have a naperville location - they will work w/you until you are happy!).

but i caught something on tv this week featuring cookie johnson (magic johnson's wife) and she's designed a line of jeans for the 'every woman' she explained one of her goals when designing was to cut them higher in back (no plumber bum) and lower in the front to stay fashionable. i'm sure the fabrics are nice (have stretch). great part was that in the little fashion show they were showing all body types, petite, curvy, etc. and all the women were rockin it! google cookie johnson for more info, i'm sure its out there!

I highly suggest a little shop in downtown Oswego called Bella Gia's. And they have free hemming too. My jeans never sag anymore.

I'm also petite (5'3") and my favorite jeans are 7 For All Mankind's Lexie Dojo's. The Lexie is made specifically for petites. They have a low rise (approx. 7-7.5") but it's not too low. They're pricey at retail, so I buy them on Ebay for a fraction of the price. If you've never bought jeans on Ebay, make sure you know your measurements (measure your favorite pair at home) -- for the waist band especially. Waist measurements esp. can vary from pair to pair, even though they are the same size. I also like 7 For All Mankind's Ginger jeans, and I buy the low rise in those, too. (They come in low, mid and high rise). Ginger's and Dojo's have a wider leg (but not bell bottom), which I like. Both come w/ stretch in the fabric. Good luck :)

The best brand of jeans are Silver Jeans in my opinion. Pricey but so worth it. They run about $70 a pair. The best part is that they don't come in standard sizes (like 1, 7, 9....) they go by inches like 28, 32, 33.... and come in all different lengths. They are measured just like mens jeans. I dont even have to try them on before I buy.

American Eagle and Miss Me.
I love a good pair of jeans. They are one of the things I spend a few extra dollars on.

Also, for cheap jeans, I like the LEI from Wal-Mart. They are pretty good for $20 jeans!

I like Rock Revival and Miss Me. They are both by the same company, the Rock Revival is higher end (may cost you $175+) but they don't stretch.

I am 5'4" about 115# and I love these jeans. I wear the straight leg or skinny ones, they are not the lowest cut but I don't have issues with plumber butt in them.
