For me it would be a change of laundry detergent or dryer sheets that a bra might have gone through.

Wait, are you pregnant?

The skin on my breasts and tummy itched like CRAZY when I pregnant. I used a jojoba oil and vitamin E mixture to sooth my itchy bosom.

Could be a skin reaction to something you wore today or came in contact with. Have you changed your detergent? Fabric Softener? Been around anything different today?

Are they just itchy or are they red and look irritated too?

Often yeast or fungal infections can do this. Just something to keep in mind. Good luck!
