Hello Mamas!
Just wondering if you know of any good active websites to post complaints toward a DR and or company?
I had some HORRIBLE experiences with the staff at the DR'S office. They were claiming office visits when I was never there and submitting it to Insurance. They are unprofessional and rude and I do not wnat another patient undergoing health issues to be presented with the same.
There was a particular location at Harris Bank that treated my daughter and I awful. She is 2 1/2 and needed the potty. They down right refused to allow us and therfore she had an accident in the lobby ..very humiliating.I will never use them again for banking ! Can you imagine we are customers there and they do not even acknowledge that. They ignored us and refused to allow us to use the employee restroom! My daughter looked at me afterwards and said MAMA they are really mean people!
I am still sick about it-
Thanks for your help and input!

What can I do next?

I feel terrible reading what happened to your daughter, got a little choked up at her response, that is awful!
My bank has a public restroom. That whole thing is ridiculous!
I have had good responses in writing to the company to make a complaint. A lot of times and acknowledgement and apology goes a long way.

As for the doctor go online to yellowpages.com and post a review.
Personally, I google a doctor name (or other service person/place) and I always read the free reviews, and it does impact my choices. I appreciate people like you who are willing to put your bad experience out there so it doesn't have to be mine too! I am also just as eager to read the good reviews. I think these days we are all so quick to complain but don't give enough credit where credit is due!

Sorry about your bad day.

www.yelp.com is a site I see often when I am searching for reviews, good or bad, on a new dr or service. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience!

Sorry you had such bad experiences! For the doctor, you can call your state medical board and ask them for an investigation--sounds like they are shady to me! As far as the bank, I know some should try to make special circumstances, but as a bank--they have to be VERY careful who is brought back and have strict policies to that. People can get fired over letting someone in the back without authorization! So, maybe next time you should be prepared with a travel potty. I keep one in the car for those emergencies. GL!

Angie's List now has a forum where you can post detailed reviews for doctors. You have to be a dues paying member though.

As far as the bank is concerned, they probably cannot allow anyone to use their employee restroom for safety reasons. Banks get robbed all the time out here, and I'm sure it is bank policy to keep non-employees out of restricted areas. Sorry to hear that your daughter had an accident in the lobby. Potty training is so hard!
