Has anyone tried the walking DVD's by Leslie Sansone? Do they work?

Let me just say that her mile 3 mile and 5 mile are ALL fabulous. They were my life savor especially when I was going through my post partum depression last winter. My whole family was using them. Then once summer came we kinda forgot about it and still haven't picked it back up but plan too. I say go for it. We were all feeling great and loosing weight. Hey our kids are about the same age. My first son was born the end of may 06 and my second son was born the middle of september in 07

Yes, I really like them. I have two that I do right now, a half hour and an hour work out. I am 22 weeks pregnant and it's freezing outside so I don't get a whole lot of exercise outside of those DVD's.

I would give them a shot!

I love her. I have had 3 of her DVDs for a long time now, and have just decided that it is time to start to do them faithfully everyday (or almost every day). I want to lose some weight before I try for baby #2! They are wonderful! They range anywhere from 1 to 5 miles. I started on the 1 mile and quickly have moved to the 3 mile and love it. She is so uplifting and positive. Sticking to it will get you the results that you want! Good luck to you!

Yes, I have the VHS video's. I guess like anything if you stick to it long enough and eat less it will work.
I didn't do it consistantly enough but they are good.

I love her DVD's and as long as you continue to do them they will help you lose weight. If you eat healthy and walk you will see even fast results. She has so many DVD's you can get several and mix them up and you feel like you are doing different things all the time.
