I just signed my 7 year old up for volleyball through the YMCA.
My daughter has been active in some type of volleyball activity in the spring for the past several years. She is wanting to get into a league or skills class for the fall. My daughter loves volleyball and I love it that she has continued her interest in this sport. Does anyone know of any volleyball leagues or skills activities going on this fall?

Tejas Volleyball Club in North Richland Hills in the old Blue Line skate rink next to Birdville High School has a great program and I think they start as early as 5th graders. The website is www.tejasvolleyball.com and the phone # is ###-###-####. Hope this helps. God Bless
Check out your local recreation centers.. Most of them offer lots of classes.
Hello there, Arlington Volleyball Association is operated by three guys. They are FW police officers and one is a VB coach somewhere....they own this company. They're great. They have skills classes every Saturday from 4-6 at Cliff Nelson Rec Center. Here is their web-site, http://avacademy.tripod.com or email one of the owners at William Stallsworth [____@____.com]. Good luck. J..
V-ball clubs will start tryouts in October. There's quite a few in the area - at least a dozen. TAV is off of 360 and 183. It's pretty well-known. Tejas is beside Birdville H.S. In case you're interested in private lessons, I'm a former college player and coach and am giving private lessons to help supplement my new SAHM status. Right now with volleyball season for schools in full-swing, another option you might try is your local Y or rec center.
