I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good multi-vitamin that I can take. I am looking for one that has all the essentials in it that will help with my overall health but also help with energy. There are so many out there that I don't know which is best. I was taking this multi-vitamin by equate but it made me feel sick to my stomach. Even if I ate when I took it. So do ya'll have any suggestions? Appreciate it! :)

What can I do next?

It's difficult to know what works. I hear you should choose a capsule rather than a pill as they are easier absorbed? I don't know how true that is. I also hear that you have to eat in the right proportion to get the most out of vitamins. Like eat protein with leafy greens to get the most out of it? I don't know the truth. I just know I pee glow in the dark yellow when I take them! Best advice would be to go to a healthfood store and find someone knowledgeable.

Oligo for Women (they make them for men, over 50, and prenatal too). They are very effective because they maximize absorption. You will definately want to eat when or just before you take them.

I like Nature's Way Alive! and I prefer the capsules (vcaps) - look at the package, they have No Iron added also. I take the ones with iron.

Hi Stephanie- i found informative info at www.oligofructosecompound.com
A whole foods vitamin is good- and ant vitamin that is actually being absorbed will make you feel a bit nauseous unless you have food in your stomach.
PM me with any questions on what I take..

Most vitamins out there are synthetic, meAning man-made and so not readily absorbed by the body. Take a whole food vitamin. Standard Process has a multivitamin called Catalyn. Take 3 a day-all at once or split up if you prefer.
