Have you heard of any of the following?
Life Force
Dr. Organics
Dr. Mercola Vitamins
Eniva Vibe
Purity Products
All One
Garden of Life

If yes, do you use any or refuse to use any, and why? What supplements do you take and how did you decide to take those? What research did you do to determine whether your particular supplement is a good one? There is so much info out there, good and bad - so many websites saying things I have taken in the past or take now are a scam/bad for us. I have done RELIV - now I am hearing years later it is so bad for you, too much soy and made up of chemicals. I am taking Garden of Life now, and I get so many people who know I take it emailing me his settlements from his lawsuits where he is now prohibited from making any more false claims. They tell me I am wasting my money. I am so frustrated and just want to take a good supplement that will enhance my somewhat healthy but not perfect diet. Given the way my crazy life is, there is no way I can get all the nutrients I need from diet alone, so I need a little help! Any suggestions?

What can I do next?

S.,
Shaklee is the only company I would trust. They have more published, peer-reviewed research than all other companies combined. They also do so, so much more in regards to safety. And unlike someone said, if you know how, it is not impossible to remove the nutrients from food into a tablet. Shaklee's supplements contain all the micronutrients and enzymes.
Let me know if you are interested and I will send you more info.

p.s. Shaklee's supplements are proven not only to dissolve, but to dissolve in exactly the right place in the digestive tract.
Liquid supplements start to degrade as soon as you open the bottle, if not before--among other problems.

The JUICER.......get the Juicer, it is not cheap, but it is worth it. It changed my life and my family's. Drink any juice you want to put in there (but bananas or strawberries, they are too soft which go to the normal blender) fruits and vegetables....
You can prepare your own juice the day before and you have ALL the vitamins, minerals and nutrients your body needs. I started to use it 2 years ago. I used to feel so tired and exhausted but now drinking natural juice everyday, my energy went up! The kids LOVE IT! because the juices are SO sweet, no need of sugar at all.
Just an idea!

I don't anything about th esupplements, etc. that you have listed. I can recommmend one I do know about. It's called juice plus. I oculd go into detail, but I don't want you thinking I am a salesperson, as I am not. I do know they have been around for 20+ years & have been recommended by health professionals. The cost is approx. $40/mth if taken as recommended. Of course, if you eat half healthy & cut it into half it could average out less. Anyways, here's the link, so you can see for yourself. https://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/content/Welcome.soa
I hope you don't mind me throwing this out there since it's not really exactly what you were asking.

You are wasting your money. Your "somewhat healthy diet" is more than adequate to keep you healthy and vitamins have been shown by scientific studies to be ineffective. Nutrients in food are too complex to be removed and put into a tablet.

Metagenics. It's what's keeping my MIL alive. Seriously - she says that if she weren't on Metagenics she would have kidney failure plus a long list of other ailments. She is allergic to so much stuff -- so Metagenics is so great. She tells me all the time about how regular otc vitamins are just chemicals and how Metagenics is the best quality product out there.

hi S., I take the Eniva Vibe, and have for 2 years, its not cheap, and one bottle last me a month $50. It is a liquid vitamin & minerals so your body get 100 % of what it needs, pills have a lot of filler in them and your body usually only absorbs 15 -10 % of the good stuff in them. I also use Eniva Calcium/magnisum and have had doctors proof on this. I had a bone density test and showed thinning in my hips, so I begain the cal/mag 3 years ago, and within 2 years I had another bone density and it showed great improvement and I wasn't using any other bone building produces except vibe and cal/mag. that sold me.

We take Oligo vitamins from Melaleuca. I am a marketing rep for the company and do use a lot of their products but didn't start taking the vitamins right away. I reviewed information, spoke to others who use them, and decided to try them for myself. Here is a recent article and I do have additional information if you want to learn more.

I also recommend Oligo multivitamins. They have a wide variety of vitamins for different needs for adults and children. They are definitely not a waste of your money, they work so well. Melaleuca even stands behind their products and will guarantee you'll feel different after taking the vitamins or they'll give you you money back. Let me know if you need more information.

A personalized and targeted nutritional supplement unique to YOU. I use a pharmaceutical grade supplement program that I take "AM and PM pack" approach to ensure that the right nutrients are delivered when the body needs them most. With this I know I'm taking the right vitamins for me at the right time of day when my body can absorb each one to the maximum. It comes in an individualized strip pack that takes all the guess work out of when/how many, etc.

I don't take anything because most of us, if we eat healthy (lots of whole food), don't really need anything. If I did, though, I would trust Dr. Mercola. I trust him because what he says makes sense. I hate that because there's so much bad out there and he is top of all of it (it can get depressing), but I'm sure his vitamins are the best out there. They are probably expensive, too. More importantly I would concentrate on eating right and exercising.

Herbalife multivitamins. They also have a ton of other supplements that are so good for you! I swear by Herbalife products! It's natural and formulated by scientists. You can look online to find a distributor in your area. They have been around for many, many years.
Hope this helps you :)
