It depends on thier age. When mine were babies we had Vit D drops for them because we lived in UK, and in the winter there was very little daylight. If they can swallow a pill there is more options.

Absolutely! Write me for a link. We aren't allowed to post. I have a great powder for infants with 400 IU, and children vitamin with 600 IU in a multi.

Recent research really shows the benefits of D3. It's great that you are aware.

I use source naturals. It's 400 units per drop. I give my 3 month old 800 units a day and my 2 year old 2,000 a day. When they get sick, it's only for a few hours. It's great.
