I forgot which one is suggested for pms. Also, I already take a multivitamin daily, so is it ok to take on top of this? Thanks for any help! I need it! :)

What can I do next?

My doctor suggested Calcium and a B-complex vitamin taken together for PMS. It honestly changed my life. :)

I also take Migrelief daily with my daily migraine prescription, and it has a very high dose of Magnesium in it. I don't know if that has made a difference in my PMS or not, but my PMS improved the very first month that I started taking the Calcium and B-complex vitamins. I've been taking them for a year or so now.

I also take a multi-vitamin, and I asked about taking too much of one vitamin or another. My doctor said it wouldn't be a problem - that the body just flushes out any extra vitamins it doesn't need.

Good luck! :)

Take a women's multi. I suggest Nature's Way. You can find it at the health food store.

Otherwise, increase your B12 intake by eating more red meat. Eating a healthy, balanced diet, exercising, and getting enough sleep are the real PMS cures. If you're feeling the Pissy Miss getting ready to rear her ugly head...go for a jog.

I can't remember where I read this, I'll update if I can find it. Might've been realage.com It's the B-complex vitamins which include both. Pills don't work for PMS, you'll have to get it from the source. I eat a spinach, lettuce salad combo at least 3 times a week. PMS cramps completely went away. BTW, use a vinaigrette type dressing, or you'll be packing on the pounds.

Actually you want to take all B vitamins. When you only take one specific B vitamin, it throws your body out of balance and depletes the production of other B vitamins. Thus making a bad situation worse.

It is great that there are B vitamins in your multi, but it is difficult to take too much of a B Complex vitamin. They are the "B" happy vitamins :).

I take an exceptional B Complex Vitamin and have had wonderful results.
