Hi S.!
Oh my gosh, that would be great! My husband and 2 1/2 year old son are both veggies. I am not vegetarian, but we live in a vegetarian home to support their diet. Keep me posted, I would love to be involved.
Thanks for posting!

I looking for other moms(or dads) who want to sample each others vegatarian or vegan fare to get ideas for our own dinner. Also, Im thinking this would be a good way for those seeking a natural lifestyle to meet others doing the same.

Great idea! I'm a vegetarian and raising my 7-month old son to be as well. I've been thinking of posting looking for good ways to meet all his needs as he starts solid foods and beyond. Even if we don't end up all getting together in person, a recipe swap and just trading names/email to share ideas about food and cruelty-free/environmentally-responsible living would be lovely.
My husband is not a vegetarian but he is when he's with me! After all, I do the cooking so he tries everything and is actually hooked on a lot of the Quorn products. And his gift to me while I was pregnant was to be a full-time vegetarian the whole time. That way, we both got to experience something new. He ordered a veggie burger in the hospital while I was in labor...and chicken fingers as soon at the LO was out. Sigh.
I think this is a great idea. Please let me know when you arrange something. I have a couple of recipes I could share.
I sell an all natural food line called Wildtree. If you want more variety of spices and blends and mixes please let me know. www.stacyflynn.mywildtree.com

That sounds like a great idea! I do not eat meat (since I was 16) however , I am not a vegan (I love cheese and milk too much). I buy fresh or organic food (and products), as much as I can.
Let me know when you arrange a get-together!

Hi S.,
I don't know about committing to a regular get-together, but I'd be interested in doing it once or twice (have two little ones and another on the way - sometimes we don't always prepare amazing meals every night)! But I'm vegetarian (husband is not but enjoys the same choices that I make) and subsequently our kiddos are too. The 15-month old will try meat every so often from husband's plate. But I'm very interested in swapping recipe ideas. Let me know,
K.
