You can contact ICAN for recs. Personally I would go with a midwife or birthcenter rather than a hospital. Your chances for a VBAC are most successful if you have no intervention (such as induction) and no anesthesia.
Don't let people scare you into a repeat C-section if you don't want one. Uterine rupture is an extremely rare complication, number vary, but generally the risk is given as less than 1% in women with a previous c/s and a low transverse scar.
Get informed, make an informed decision and stand up for your rights as a woman, mother, patient.
