Vault Jeans Party

Last week I heard about Vault jeans parties - a rep comes to your home with 150 pairs of designer jeans, you and your guests try on the ones you like, and you get them for half price. Has anyone done one of these parties? I have a lot of friends who are interested in attending one, so I found a rep and scheduled a party, but when she sent me a link to her inventory, none of the jeans were brands we had heard of.,in fact, when I googled them, the only place I could find them for sale was through Vault. I had been led to believe they would have 7 For All Mankind, True Religion, etc. I'm really not interested in spending $50-100 on jeans I've never heard of. I would love to hear feedback from anyone who has hosted or been to one of these parties.

What can I do next?

Designer brands aren't sold through MLM deals.

I've heard it is one of the MLM deals and if you have a party, you'll be pressured to sign up as a recruit.

Also, the good name brand designers are not going to be sold through at home parties. It is a gimmick and from my point of view a scam.

No one I know has had one nor have I. From what I have gathered they aren't really designer jeans. Sure someone designed the jeans so they are designer but no one that anyone cares about. So pretty much it is like those infomercials where they say all this would cost over 300 dollars!! but we will sell it for 19.99!!! when you know damn well it is only worth 19.99 and it shouldn't cost 25 dollars to ship it to you.

My friends are big into home parties, if there was any worth to it one of them would have had one by now.

As someone who is 6' tall with a 37" inseam... Nothing they sell would fit me. I can wear 36-38 inseams, but nothing shorter or longer. Which limits me to a handfull of brands, mostly from UK & Italy. All $100-200 excepting sales. I've turned down several vault invites, because it would be a waste of my time.
