Salvation Army, Goodwill or yard sales since it is still summer. Try also some consignment shops
If shopping ebay, I suggest using the word 'lot' in your search as it helps find big batches of clothes - usually all for the same size and season. My daughter does this.
Once Upon a Child.
Children's Resales (Moms groups, etc. get together to have resales of kids clothing/toys/baby equipment/materintiy wear, etc.)
Here's info on one I know about:
Parents Who Care will host a Fall/Winter Children's Clothing, Toy, and Equipment Resale on Saturday, September 18, 2010. The NEW HOURS are from 8:30a-11:30a, opening again for a half-price sale on specially-tagged items from 12-1p. The event will take place at the Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center, located at 1685 W. Higgins Rd in Hoffman Estates. Admission is $1. Bring a laundry basket to help accumulate your purchases.
