What are the chances of making it to full term. What are the options and risk
I am assuming that since you know that you are 4 cm dialated, you were told this by your OB. What did your OB tell you are your options and risks? S/he should be discussing this with you, not a bunch of strangers on the internet with no expertise.
What does your doctor say?
Did your OB suggest a cerclage?
Call a nurse line or your OB and rest.
Cerclage I hope will be done. You are me. Back in those days all we had was a pessary to try to keep baby I. And up. Made it to 35 weeks and delivered a healthy baby boy. Good luck.
