Do what is called "interval training."
It can be done anytime, anywhere, and for only minutes.
Professional athletes also train this way.
All it means is: doing an activity, in spurts... walking for 3-5 minutes, then SPRINTING for 3-5 minutes, then walking for 3-5 minutes, then SPRINTING for 3-5 minutes. In intervals.
It is very strenuous... and you will sweat and get worn out.
See how long you can do it.... how many intervals.
It can only take 15 minutes.
It totally works the body.... losing weight, upping endurance and overall stamina.
You can do walking, jumping jacks, jumping in place, stairs, anything. ANY activity in which you do it a slow interval THEN a super fast kicked-up interval of it... each interval being even just 3 minutes.
And then, do things like toners. ie: squats, sit ups, etc.
If you look up "interval training" online, you will get lots of ideas.
all the best,
Susan
