Dear K. - We used snapfish, and had mixed results. We created a first year baby book for our DS to give as presents, and for our own keeping. if the photos were of poor quality (i.e. too dark, too blurry), snapfish couldn't correct them. To their credit, they reprinted and re-sent the books to us at no cost 2x, and gave us a refund on top of that. At the end of the day though, they don't have a quality control person to edit/ enhance the photos as necessary. I would have happily paid extra to have someone do the color balance and fix the dark/grainy pictures, but they don't have any such person.
just my two cents.
Good luck to you and yours
F. B.
