Keep trying. Six months is really not that long. I tried for six years, went through failed fertility treatments, then got pregnant on my own at the age of 44 by surprise after I gave up.
My best advice is to eat lots of cruciferous vegetables (i.e. broccoli, cauliflower, greens, cabbage). These are known to help regulate hormones. Also, if you exercise, only do moderate exercise. If you gained weight after your first pregnancy, get back to a normal weight BEFORE trying to conceive because bodies don't like to get pregnant while weight is declining. Try to get lots of sunshine and let it actually hit your eye...this actually helps regulate ovulation.
I don't know your age, but it does take longer the older you get...even if you're not "infertile".
