Tracy and Jillian are WAY different in their personality and training styles.
I have her post-preg ab one. I like it, but it's nothing new.
I couldn't get into her "dance aerobics". I work our regularly, and need something a little harder core. And unlike her, I believe in lifting heavy weights as a woman. I'm not 5'10" and 100lbs, like most of her clients, so lifting just 3 lbs with tons of reps isn't going to cut it for me.
