Take some time for yourself first off!! Being a SAHM and going to school is like working a full time and a part time job!! It's ok to take a break from time to time!
If you find that taking some time for yourself isn't helping, you could just have the winter blahs. Too cold to go outside and play with the kids, the grass is half dead, brown leaves all over. Pretty bland out right!?! Have a picnic inside with your girls to make it feel more like spring is coming. Get some fruit or floral candles to make you house smell fresh and uplifting!! We are not superwomen, we can't do it everything all the time 24/7 as much as we would like to.
Go to the DR and get your iron level checked. The first sign our bodies give us that iron is low is the sudden onset of tiredness. Your DR might want to check your thyroid and a few other things too, just to be sure. If all is normal, consider taking a good multi vitamn every day for a little boost to your body.
But if you are tired at 10pm, go to bed! As we get older, our bodies change too and sometimes we can't be the night owls that we used to be. I used to be able to stay up till 11 and get up at 6:30 no problem. 2 kids and plenty of B-days later, it's normal for me to fall asleep on the couch 2 nights a week by 9!! And I still don't want to get up in the Am!!
