My husband is a large man (approx 5-10, 220). Anyone who can relate, will he be able to ride any rides with my 4 and 6 YO at WDW?

What can I do next?

That's really not very large in the grand scheme of things. There are people much larger riding all of the rides.

I'm a "big gal" similar height & weight and had no problems at Disney last summer, our kids were 4 & 7 at the time.

Should be fine. SO is 6'2" 205 and was fine an all the rides although his poor knees took a beating bumping the backs of the seat in front of us on some rides.

Most of the rides are bench seats that can hold three people across, so if he's squished, just don't squish in one row, and have one of you ride in the row behind. We did that on a few rides so SO could turn his knees or open his legs to avoid the bumps :) No biggie.

Yes he can ride everything and he will enjoy it and have a good time with you and the kids. My hubby is about the same size and has never had a problem. It's just the heat here that bothers everyone, but coming from TX you should be used to it, lol.

He should not have any problem. Check out www.allears.net. There is a an entire section called WDW at large - for those who know that one size does not always fit all.

The only ride he might not be able to ride is Everest at animal kingdom. That ride has a size disclosure posted. But all the rides at WDW he would be fine my husband is a big guy also and he's always been fine.

I've never been to Disney World, but I too am a big guy so I will try to relate with our last experience at Six Flags. I suppose it starts with how tall the kids are. There are many rides are kid-sized and I just would look ridiculous in them, so that's when my petite wife would have a turn. There were probably just as many rides where my son (3) was just tall enough, and the rides were also intended for adults, so that would be my turn or all of us would ride. Like Clint Eastwood says, A man's got to know his limitations. When I was not riding, I was taking videos and pictures! So that worked out well. In the end it was probably about 50/50 on the rides for me, but we all had so much fun. I think you all should go and just not be too concerned about it. I gaurantee there will be many other people much larger.

He should be fine. There may be a couple of rides that he is asked to sit in the back seat, but other than that he should be fine.

Have fun!

He'll be able to ride just about everything. At disney land I could guarantee it.

6'6 350 does fine, so 5'10 220 will be more than fine.
