Does she have her own little potty or potty cushion? If not maybe let her pick one out herself. I have noticed with my kids that they are a lot more open to things when they get a say in it.
My 3 yr old daughter doesn't like to sit on the toilet but she doesn't like to be in her training pants either. How should i get her to use the toilet without being afraid??? Help

I let my daughter choose her Dora potty cushion. Aimee's right..when they get a say in it...then they are more likely to use it or follow through. Also, letting them pick out their undies helps too...
Don't laugh at this suggestion. ;) Okay, I tell my kids when they were potty training that the toilet is really thirsty and can only drink people pee. And it's favorite snack is our poop. I treat the toilet as if it were a pet and we are feeding it. When they finally go in the toilet, I pet the toilet top and say to the toilet (yes, I talk to the toilet) " Ahh you were so thirsty weren't you. Isn't (insert childs name) so nice to let you have some of her pee. She is so nice to you. And then I let the child flush the toilet and tell the child that that is the toilet swallowing his food. Gross I know, but little ones soak it up. Good luck.
Sometimes letting your daughter inside the restroom with you and other female relatives helps them see that everything is ok and nothing bad is going to happen. What really helped my daughter was one day her cousin who is a year older asked her to use the restroom, my sister said it was ok if my daughter joined them, while my niece was sitting on the toilet she was telling my daughter everything was ok and that she was a big girl. I think it's the fact that someone there age is reassuring them makes it less scary. Good Luck
